RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges in BOUBOUTEATIME are subjected to these principles:

The client has the right of desisting, with which the order can be returned. This right can be applied within 7 working days since its delivery

To start the return or exchange process the Costumer shall send an e-mail to BOUBOUTEATIME ( contact@boubouteatime.com) showing, return can be done within 7 working days, transferring the paid amount to a current account. In case of an exchange of an item it is mandatory to explain the reasons and inform about the new desired items.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in case of return the Costumer has the obligation to return the item in perfect conditions, with the original packaging and labelling, intact and well protected. The item to return shall remain in the same condition as it was when delivered to the Costumer.

BOUBOUTEATIME will proceed to make the return of the paid amount when the returned item has arrived and checked. The return of the amount will be made within 30 days since it has been returned. Returns will be made with the same payment method as made in purchase.

If the return or the exchange is due to a delivery mistake, BOUBOUTEATIME will send someone to look for the packet where it was delivered. All costs will be charged at BOUBOUTEATIME as it can be the new delivery with the correct order.

The customer has the option to pay the amount of their order with credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DINERS, DISCOVER) or with the payment service Paypal.
