It was such an honor to have the chance to ask some questions to talented and beautiful Caterina Minthe who is one of my biggest style and fashion critique inspiration and also as mother of a lovely daughter Elisa.
She is reputed for introducing fashion critique at the international level to the region. Caterina Minthe is a former deputy editor of two luxury print titles and a former international correspondent—a role which had her, as a polyglot, report from Mexico, Spain, Canada, Uganda, Egypt, and Paris, France, where she is currently based. Could you please tell us more about you Caterina ?
What is your daily mom routine ?
Where in the world have you felt happiest ?
In my children’s room, at night, when my son is in my arms and we are reading and my daughter is sleeping in her bed. I am at peace and feel totally fulfilled. I know my children are safe. It won’t last, but I hope I will remember the tenderness of these moments forever.Which is your road most travelled ?
Up until now, I’ve always chosen the road least traveled! I have no regrets; it led me to achieve a more assured sense of self and I feel confident in my role as a mother because of it. I’ll have many stories to tell my children. Starting with leaving home at 20 to live in Spain and then Mexico, meeting my husband in Egypt, living in Africa, traveling to Dubai when it was still one big construction zone…Sightseeing or sun-lounger ?
